Weddings On a Whim was founded in 2001 by Gayle Liteheart, who discovered that Florida’s easygoing marriage laws made it the perfect place for couples to wed on a whim. Inspired by the idea of spontaneous beach weddings, Gayle and her team have been turning romantic dreams into reality ever since.
