Clearwater Beach

Our North Beaches communities begin In Clearwater Beach.  Beautiful Clearwater Beach is a more populated, pedestrian oriented community that has been voted one of the best beaches in the world for many years. Elegant high rise hotels, such as the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach and the new luxury Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach offer spacious rooms, entertainment and dining all-in-one location.

Many small motels, cottages and condo hotels line the shore and our inland waterway, called Boca Ciega Bay.   These include Bamboo Beach Club, the Ebb Tide, Beachouse Condos & Suites and Palm Pavilion Inn. Our couples who book dinner cruises, often stay at a nearby hotel, called Pier House 60.

Indian Rocks Beach & Belleair Beach

The Communities south of Clearwater are the elegant Belleair Beach and the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach. Our North Beaches communities begin at quaint Indian Rocks Beach.  Indian Rocks offers small motels, such as the Sea Star Motel.  Sarah’s Cottages & The Colonial Inn have lovely cottages.  The Holiday Inn Harbourside is the largest hotel in Indian Rocks.  And Condominiums such as The Sand Dollar I & II are popular with families.  Further north is the affluent neighborhood Belleair Beach.  There are a few medium sized condo hotels in Belleair, such as The Belleair Beach Resort and the Belleair Beach Club.

Beach Sites for Weddings

Due to higher minimum fee food requirements and beach permitting restrictions at hotel beaches in Clearwater, most weddings take place at nearby public beaches.  These public beaches are Sand Key Beach Park and Avalon Street Access.  We most often recommend Sand Key Beach Park, Clearwater Beach because it is a large, spacious beach with ample parking.  Although there is a site fee, it is reasonable and well worth the money for an opportunity to avoid a more crowded public beach.
