Florida’s easy marriage process inspired us to create a service that’s quick, simple, and perfect for spontaneous or last-minute weddings. Out-of-state couples can even obtain their marriage license and marry on the same day, while Florida residents have a short three-day wait.

• Both applicants are required to present a form of Photo Identification. (Either a State ID or Passport)
• Your Social Security cards or numbers
• If either applicant has been Divorced within 6 months: a copy of your divorce decree is required
• If divorced, and more than 6 months have passed since: then the Court only requests the date (no proof required).
• If you are not a resident of the great state of Florida: No wait period, blood test or witnesses  are required.
• Florida residents are required to wait 3 days
