Our rates are the same as advertised by the cruise line. Yacht and Party Boat Reception options include sharing the dining room & the DJ; booking a deck for your group (called “Exclusive Seating”) or chartering an entire vessel. Ask our wedding concierge for pricing and much more.
Although booking cruises provides one stop shopping, some couples prefer to do more organizing on their own & research venues that allows them to make more personalized choices.
Banquet Hall Receptions
Rather than booking a Florida Gulf Beach all-inclusive event venue, many couples prefer the freedom of planning and coordinating a personalized reception at a banquet hall. Wedding Venues are found inside free-standing buildings, hotels or event centers. Talented DIY couples with organizational and decoration skills. choose Banquet Halls because there will be ample space & time for dancing and other entertainment, along with the usual traditions of cake cutting and bouquet/garter toss. The City of Madeira Beach and the City of St Pete Beach offer affordable spaces by the Bay.
Resort Receptions
Brides and grooms with larger guest lists & destination wedding groups often stay at a resort so they may enjoy their reception there. Resorts’ group sales departments provide catering services & vendor lists. Their suggestions include DJ’s, live entertainers and cake companies. Park Receptions
Some couples choose picnic shelters for a more casual, picnic style reception. There are many beautiful parks in Pinellas County. Friends may bring pot luck food, take out meals from places like Carrabba’s and Sonny’s BBQ or the family and friends can use the park’s barbecues for hot dogs, chicken or hamburgers. Parks have restrictions on alcohol and availability after dark.
