Private Receptions at Restaurants with Separate Banquet Rooms
Some restaurants, such as Bubba Gump Shrimp Company in Madeira Beach, Middle Grounds, Treasure Island, PJ’s in St Petersburg, and the Salt Rock Grill in Indian Shores offer separate spaces for reception gatherings. These event venues are all inclusive and appealing to busy brides planning an easy and less expensive gathering. Bar service is available and guests may order off of the menu or larger groups may request customized banquet menu.
Buffets or brunches are the least expensive. Some places have minimum requirements; others have no minimum requirements. The wall that separates the restaurant’s space from the separate space isn’t usually sound proof enough to have a DJ, live entertainers or dance floor. Due to the casual nature of these gatherings, linens and decorations are optional. Duration for restaurant receptions is from change 2 to 3 hours, based on the establishment.
