Indian Rocks, Indian Shores & the Redington’s
With beachside cottages and apartment complexes, the community of Indian Shores & Indian Rocks have kept the “old Florida feel.” The abundance of condo complexes creates less crowded beaches, along with the opportunity to rent a condo from private owners (via Air BNB and VRBO) and local management companies. For those who favor Italian dishes there is Villa Gallace. Restaurants like Guppy’s, Keegan’s & Crabby Bills are world famous for their delicious seafood. The SeaBreeze & Coco Wood Restaurants, Redington Shores are great choices. The Salt Rock Grill in Indian Shores faces the Intracoastal Waterway and offers delicious fine dining. Additionally, its separate dining spaces and great food has made this spot a favorite with many of our wedding groups.
Madeira Beach & Treasure Island
There are many popular options in these towns. Bubba Gump Shrimp Company is fun for all ages. The varied menu fits every taste and budget. Couples may be able to book separate dining space at this kid friendly seafood restaurant on John’s Pass Boardwalk. Across the passageway into the Gulf of Mexico is Crabby’s On the Pass. This venue has party bars and bands, separate spaces and a variety of affordable dishes. And the chain has another fun and casual restaurant in Indian Rocks Beach.
Treasure Island Favorites
Be sure to check out the Sunset Café inside our featured resort, Sunset Vistas.
Cindy offers many affordable meal choices and exemplary customer service. Many of our couples and their guests eat and celebrate at Middle Grounds Grill because it has a separate room and it is classy w/food that is terrific. Couples who prefer a casual, beach front restaurant for their celebration often book the cabanas at Caddy’s Waterfront. They offer indoor dining as well.
St Pete Beach
Shrimpy’s is a popular local waterfront restaurant option. The Buoy, which faces the intracoastal and is a favorite of Founder Gayle. Nearby are 82 degrees with its cool décor and great drink and food choices. And P.J.’s Oyster Bar, famous for (you-guessed-it) oysters, along with yummy burgers and other dishes that won’t break the bank.
For a beach wedding in conjunction with a restaurant reception a walk away: we most often recommend Crabby Bill’s Seafood House on the beach. It is a great place to sip a drink and watch the waves, as you munch on a burger, steak or anything seafood. The community furthest south is the quaint town of Pass a Grille. It also has many great bar & restaurant options, including another world famous restaurant, The Hurricane.
Our Wedding Concierges offer lists of restaurants and contact names so you may further research and negotiate pricing and more for your reception.
